Positive: Comfortable apartment with all the necessities, lovely terrace with a great view. Friendly, lovely host, who was very helpful and obliging. Within walking distance to next tramway stop and supermarket.
Negative: Caution … it is rather steep climb (by foot) to the apartment building, especially with luggage 😰

Positive: A very comfortable apartment in a great location to access old town Nice. It had a great terrace but we were able to take advantage of it due to rain. Very newly renovated and quite lovely with everything needed for a great stay. Registration process and key pick up was fast and easy. Great communication from host.
Negative: It was at the back of the house with various levels to navigate before accessing. There were a few gates but none of them locked and the door to apartment was glass so it was a bit uncomfortable in terms of privacy although terrace vegetation provided a screen.
Summary: Lovely and comfortable apartment in a great location for a stay in Nice.

Positive: Recently renovated, clean, and well-arranged space — it was perfect for our one-week stay in Nice. The spacious terrace looks exactly as shown in the photos and offers a lovely view, making it great for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including cooking essentials. While the location isn’t right in the city center, it’s easy to reach all major attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot or by bus. It’s a great base for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, and communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Many thanks for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
